All prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings and are indicative until confirmed. Tyres are imported, so prices move with the exchange rate, shipping and duty. The price confirmed at the time of purchase is the price that applies.
All tyres supplied are new. We do not sell part-worn or remoulded passenger tyres. Manufacture date codes are shown on request and as standard before fitting.
Fitting and balancing are included with tyres purchased from us. We reserve the right to decline to fit a tyre that does not meet the vehicle manufacturer's load or speed rating, or to mix run-flat and conventional tyres on the same axle.
Tyres carry the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing and material defects. Road hazard damage, damage from under-inflation, overloading or misalignment, and ordinary wear are not covered. We will handle valid claims with the distributor on your behalf.
Puncture repairs are carried out only within the repairable crown area, in line with industry practice. We will not repair sidewall damage or a tyre that has been run flat, and we will explain why.
Delivery times quoted for courier shipments are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Risk passes on collection by the courier.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the goods and services supplied.
